It's Noviana Una from sophiamcdougall's Romanitas trilogy, a character I identify with a huge amount, and a series which I'm always trying to get everyone to read. The picture is actually one that McDougall herself drew, and my friend losseniaiel turned it into an icon for me.

I should warn you that I tend to talk about this series of books a lot.
