Such a betrayal! I think we have six houseplants, four succulents, and a bunch of seedlings in pots at the moment, but it still doesn't feel like enough! And yes, suitable windowsills and surfaces are a good thing to look out for when buying a house.

The UK has utterly mismanaged everything in relation to the virus — except the vaccination programme, which it's done really, really well. I'm very impressed. I hope it goes similarly smoothly in Australia (especially as I want to travel there this December, and won't be able to if there are no flights and/or mandatory hotel quarantine).
