I do sometimes enjoy a good fusion or crossover. I like it when a cool concept I like is applied to a group of characters I like, especially if it fits well with the characters and their relationship dynamics. I especially enjoy it when that crossover or fusion allows the writer to explore an aspect of the characters or world that canon didn't.
