I recommend both of them, for different reasons, so hopefully you'll be able to track them down.

I watched Trøm on the BBC and Babylon Berlin through NOW, but I believe the latter is available through Netflix in some countries so that might work for you. I'm not sure where Trøm is streaming outside the UK.
