Yep, it's a nightmare! The weather over the past year has been disastrous for weeds — the whole summer was bakingly hot and dry (so half the vegetables died before they grew to an edible size and we hardly got any fruit from the trees), then it was wildly hot and humid in September so huge amounts of weeds grew like a jungle everywhere, and then it was so cold over winter that I couldn't dig up any of the weeds. Not exactly ideal!

Yes, cleaning the baseboards doesn't exactly happen as often as it should. But out of sight, out of mind sometimes.
