I live in Melbourne, so I could very easily think of things for visitors to do. I've not had call to show any around, much as I've tried to convince friends from overseas to visit 😀 but there's so many museums and galleries and a lot of great food. I already go to all of those. If they like long garden walks there's a few nice places for those in the city, too.

When I was a kid in Kalgoorlie, any family from elsewhere would mostly go on long walks with us, but there was always a small museum and the public library, which can be a surprisingly fun tourist thing to do.
