It does look like a very comfortable schedule.

There are small fandom prompt coms but not much in the way of exchanges other than Yuletide. You need a large group of participants to make such a thing function and only Yuletide really has that.

I used to see a lot more book related fic exchanges but again, it needs to be pared down in some way to make it feasible.
