I've also recently started picking an ambience video to match my current read and putting that on the TV. It's so nice to read a book with crinkling fireplace sounds in the background or slow and mysterious piano music playing

Oh wow, I love this — what a great idea!

And making tea is so lovely and soothing, isn't it. It's something I deliberately do slowly, in order to extend the effect.
