My favourite soup is kimchi jjigae, it's got such a full, rich broth! but I've loved the other Korean soups/stews I've tried, like soft tofu stew. Gochu has spoiled me for other chilli varieties. And now even my dad is spoiled, because I was showing him what Vietnamese pho is like, extolling the virtues of clear broth, and he said 'do they have any spicy red versions?' 😂
