I love soups, but I adore Asian noodle soups in particular. Lanzhou handpulled noodles, Taiwanese beef noodle soup, bun bo hue, hot and sour saozi noodle soup, sour cabbage and glass noodle soup, ramen, udon, laksa etc etc...I could eat one every day in the winter! Luckily having a pressure cooker means I can make a lot of them easily.
