Ah, what a gorgeous part of the world to come from! It was my first time there (previously I'd never made it further than Oxford), although my mum did a fortnight's walking holiday in the Cotswolds a couple of years ago and had a marvellous time. We loved our short stay so much that we will probably return, albeit making use of slightly cheaper accommodation options.

I love local placename shibboleths, so it's pleasing to me to discover that locals call it Moreton in the Marsh. (In general, the placenames in the area were wonderful.)
