You may have noticed me gushing about Black Sails here recently — unlike the rest of the internet, this particular fannish bandwagon passed me by several years ago, but thankfully if there's one thing the lockdown is good for, it's for catching up on the streaming backlog.

I've now managed to write a longer review of the show, which you can find over on my reviews blog, dolorosa12.

I don't think I did see you gushing about it, but I loved this series - watched it a year or two ago. I loved pretty much everything about it. Jack Rackham and Anne Bonnie were particular favourites of mine.

It's such a fantastic series — I'm so annoyed I didn't watch it while it was first airing!
