Beyond Selidor

Yeah, I only tend to fangirl really obscure things, like Australian sci-fi novels from the 90s... Wash IS awesome, but so are most of the other characters in Firefly and Serenity so it was a really tough decision. I can't remember if you watched Buffy but that was also difficult because my favourite characters have changed over the years.

I think, if there's any pattern to this, it is a mixture of 'downtrodden misfit who has a greyer morality than those around him/her' and 'the ordinary one in a bunch of superheroes'. Those tend to be the characters I like.
