It was a really delicious recipe, although my oven-proof pot was only just big enough to fit everything. I'll need to remember that if I cook it again.

Yeah, I went through a period of about four months in which I simply stopped reading/watching the news or going on Twitter at all. Obviously some things filtered through, but I was finding the whole hyperventilating, livefeed manner of consuming current affairs to be really, really stressful. I've got myself back to a healthier state of mind since then, but I know I need to be very careful about keeping myself informed in a manner that won't damage my mental health.

I'm reading Unfit To Print. It's wonderful, like everything I've read by her!
