Beyond Selidor

I was a very fit and physically active child: apart from when I was reading books, or sitting down in the classroom, I was basically constantly moving — climbing trees, jumping on the trampoline, running around the garden, climbing on the play equipment at school, and of course at my gymnastics classes. I just loved moving fast, being up high, and moving through the air.

Philip Island is great — the penguins are so cute! I didn't go that often, as I grew up in Canberra and it was pretty far away, but my dad had a really good friend who lived in Melbourne, and occasionally our two families went on holiday to Philip Island together.

That sounds like a memorable — if scary – experience with the dolphins and rip!
