I'm glad you like the open threads — I definitely enjoy making them, although sometimes I struggle to come up with the prompts, which is why I wanted to check and make sure it was worth the effort.

From the sound of things, while this might not have been a week of changes for you (either in terms of work or in terms of the meds), it was a week which confirmed that choices and changes you made earlier were the right decision for you.
