It may be too ambitious this year, but we'll see. I try to make a public commitment to these kinds of things, in order to hold myself accountable, but this might come back to bite me...

I haven't decided on offers yet either — I tend to be very careful and clinical with my offers, checking the letters app frequently in the hope that I know exactly what I'm going to end up writing before the matching has even taken place. I try to ensure my assignment isn't a surprise, and then I can afford to be more selective about what I treat.
