Beyond Selidor

Sadly, it's always been like this: toxic, vitriolic, and completely lacking in any kind of collaborative spirit. I think it's like any institutional culture: if that kind of behaviour is tolerated (or even applauded), it becomes the norm, and really hard to challenge.
