Awww, this was such a nice comment to read! Objectively, I know that people are here for me, but it's nice to be reminded from time to time (and the comments on this post have really done a lot to lift my spirits).

'Anchor friends' is such a good way to put it: that is exactly what they are, and their leaving will unmoor me.
