A brief and sleepy update

dolorosa_12Normally I do a monthly write up of all the TV shows I've finished, and I also write mini reviews of every book I've read. I am going to have to grant myself amnesty from doing this for March — unfortunately the thought of doing so seems overwhelming.
I've just got one more day of work tomorrow, and then I'm on leave for the next eleven days — a very much needed holiday. Obviously we're not going anywhere — and the weather is going to be appalling, as it always seems to be on the Easter weekend — but we'll be able to rest, read, cook, and generally reset our batteries. I'm going to load up my Kindle with gentle, comforting books, eat a lot of hot cross buns, and just relax in the stillness of it all.
