dolorosa_12Benjanun Sriduangkaew, who in the past went by the pseudonyms Winterfox and Requires Hate (among others), and is now seeking to publish fiction again under the pseudonym Maria Ying, is a serial abuser with multiple targets in both fandom and professional genre publishing communities; currently she appears to have a tactic of befriending vulnerable trans women and creating situations where they are dependent on her.
Andy Blake, who in the past went by the fannish username Thanfiction (among others), is a serial abuser who had a pattern of behaviour targeting vulnerable individuals within fandom, isolating them, and enmeshing them in cult-like situations; currently he appears to be trying to erase the record of his past bad behaviour and start afresh with a new community and new online identity — when his past behaviour was brought up, he engaged in the same pattern of denial, deflection and counter-accusations with which he has responded to previous accusations and exposures in the past.
It's worth pointing out that both individuals have consistent patterns of abusive behaviour that have now spanned several decades, as well as consistent patterns of responding (badly, with little sign of genuine remorse or attempts to make amends or change their behaviour) when identified and challenged.

Fandom has a short memory, but unfortunately it also tends to be a haven for vulnerable people, including vulnerable people who are too trusting about sharing all the traumatic things that make them vulnerable with unscrupulous people, and I feel it's important to do what we can to minimise harm in this regard.
