Ah, that makes sense about the podfic challenge — I hadn't heard of it, as podfic isn't really something that's generally on my radar, so I appreciate you explaining. I thought it might have something to do with Obernewytn because it was tagged as part of the 'Scrappy Band of Misfits' challenge, and Misfits are characters in the Obernewytn series, but having looked more closely it seems to be a multifandom thing.
