Beyond Selidor

It's so incredibly freeing, isn't it? I always had a split between personal and professional Twitter (with two separate accounts), and the professional one I only ever used like a news bulletin (announcing I'd had a paper published, retweeting links to relevant articles/blog posts/conferences etc), which was a deliberate decision not to allow all the other stuff that I already knew annoyed me from my personal Twitter feed to infect the professional one. So I missed out on the kind of professional networking I know was a big part of library Twitter, but probably saved my own mental health in that part of my life!

I'm glad the decision to leave has been a positive one for you.
