oh bummer!! do you think it was a cultural thing or a seasonal that Latvia and Lithuania didn't have them? or maybe something to do with which day of the week it was? I know in Finland the stalls aren't necessarily around daily, or there are fewer of them than there are during weekends.

You'll just have to go back sometime. ;)
