Yay! New house, new room!

It's taken me ages to get photos up of my new room, and it's probably a little bit narcissistic to post them, anyway, but I'm so ridiculously happy to be living in this house that I couldn't resist.









That's the room from three different angles. Sorry the last one's so dark, but it's the wrong time of day for sunlight. In the afternoon I get flooded with light.

It's a lot smaller than my last room, but it's in a house with people I like and choose to live with, and that counts for a lot more than floor space.

That's one skinny little fireplace! Your room seems charming. I've been considering doing the same, I love this house so much. I'll probably never get around to it, though.

Are you still in the same place that I visited last year? That was a really great house.

It's a shame the fireplace is blocked up. I'd love to be able to use it, although because I'm such a vague person, it's probably better that I can't.

That's a darling little fireplace. I don't think it's narcissistic to post photos of your room, although I am speaking from the perspective of a nosy person who loves having little glimpses into other people's lives...
