I read a few authors' blogs, and the entry, today, by
karenmiller really struck a chord with me. It's about great stories being made up of memorable moments. Here it is. Any thoughts? What, for you, are the most memorable literary (or cinematic, or televisual, for that matter) moments?

Date: 2008-10-01 08:58 pm (UTC)As for television, it's obviously going to be CSI, of which there are many
- Sara wiping chalk dust off Grissom's face in a totally surprising and oddly intimate moment that spoke volumes about them
- Sara and Grissom sharing a look over the desk in the conference room that spoke masses about where they were at the time
- Sara silently walking up to Grissom and pressing her mouth against his, and walking out without another word (except, you know, the letter she leftr)
But that's what's so fantastic about GSR - they are tiny tiny moments, 30 seconds of an hour long episode that weave this brilliant love story. Unlike so many other love stories that are shoved down our throats, you could miss this one if you aren't paying attention (or are stupid)
Ahem.
